They give you a chance to answer all the questions that a customer might need to be answered. We’ve got twelve questions that customers are asking that you need to know the answers to.
What is your product?
It’s vitally important for someone to know what your product is. It might seem obvious to you, but to people just browsing your store who just have time to glimpse a picture and a product title it might not be so clear. That’s why having images that show your product in its best light is critical. Also, don’t underestimate the power of an informative title; use the title to state exactly what the product is and save any confusion.
Can I customize your product?
On Zazzle, customers have an expectation that they can customize and personalize the majority of products to some extent. So make sure to include all the options you offer - color changes, material types, engraving, or the ability to upload images and text. You can add these options when adding a product to the Maker platform. It’s important to add notes or details to each option so people can understand exactly what you’re offering.
What is your product used for?
It might seem obvious what your product does, but it may not be clear to everyone. You know your product best, so make sure to explain when and where to use it, especially if it’s something more complicated.

People like to know the material of the product they’re buying. It’s important - some people are allergic to certain materials and fabrics; other people just like a certain feel or need to match something with something else. Discuss the materials in the ‘About This Product’ section to help people make fully-informed decisions.
What does your product feel like?
The sensation of touch is crucial to certain types of products, especially regarding clothing and cardstock. People can see what they’re getting, but also be sure to explain how a product feels to the touch. Is it soft or smooth? Maybe it’s hard and sturdy? Whatever way it feels, make sure to mention it.

What makes your product special?
What makes your product stand out from similar products? Remember your unique selling points and highlight them in the best ways possible.
