To recover or reset your password, follow these three steps:

- You'll receive an email with a link to follow. Follow the link to reset your password. Please note: you will need to begin the process again if your password is unchanged within 24 hours as the link will expire.
- Confirm your new password after following the link. Next, you'll be prompted to sign in to your account. If you’re still experiencing issues logging into your account after following the instructions, reach out to us via email at makersupport@zazzle.com.
