To cancel an order you will need to contact Maker Support via makersupport@zazzle.com with the Order ID.
Please consider the following:
- If some of the desired options for the ordered product are out of stock or no longer available, but you can substitute them with other options, please let us know. In this case, we can reach out to the customer on your behalf and find out if they would like to go ahead with the substitutions instead.
- In the case that the whole base product is out of stock or unavailable, please provide us with the reason it needs to be cancelled so we can let the customer know the status.
Additionally, if base items or ingredients are out of stock, please place those items ‘Out of Stock’ in their respective Customizers. To learn how to place items as out of stock, please click here.
