At Zazzle, we pride ourselves on providing the best possible experience for our customers. One of the ways we do this is by ensuring that they receive a tracking number for each order placed. We also provide Makers with prepaid and print-ready shipping labels.
Zazzle will determine the shipping price based on the dimensions and weight you enter in the ‘Fulfillment & Shipping’ section during the product Customizer process. For this reason, do not include shipping costs in your product price. The labels we provide you will have the tracking number we supplied to the customer and must be used when shipping your package.
Unfortunately, we cannot reimburse you for orders shipped with your own shipping labels or postage. In addition, you will be responsible for scheduling pickup or dropping off shipments and ensuring your packages are shipped. For more details on this click here for our agreements.
